Terms of Use

Effective November 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Connectio app and website (the “Service”). By using Connectio you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Using Connectio

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13). You are responsible for what you say, show and share in meetings you create or join, and for keeping your meeting links private if you want your meeting to stay private.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use Connectio to:

  • harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
  • share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children;
  • share non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence or promote self-harm;
  • record or broadcast other people without the consent the law requires;
  • impersonate others, spam, phish or distribute malware;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits.

We may remove access, end meetings, or block users that break these rules, and may report serious violations to the authorities.

3. Reporting and moderation

You can report a participant from the People list in a call, and block their chat messages on your device. Reports are reviewed by us. You can also contact us to report abuse. We aim to review reports promptly, but we can’t monitor live calls.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you say and share. You give the other participants in a meeting the ability to see and hear it as part of the call. Connectio doesn’t record calls. Other participants might, so be mindful of what you share.

5. Connectio Plus subscriptions

  • Connectio Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • You can restore purchases on a new device with Restore purchases in the app.

Subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies between you and Apple. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple agreement prevails for matters it covers.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Connectio reliable, but calls depend on your network and third-party infrastructure, so we can’t promise the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Features and limits may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Connectio app, name, logo and website are ours or our licensors’. You may use the app as permitted by these terms and Apple’s license, but may not copy, modify, sell or reverse engineer it, except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Don’t rely on Connectio for emergency communications or situations where an interruption could cause harm.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ending

You can stop using Connectio at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect others. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Apple

Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support, and has no warranty obligations for it beyond those in its Standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the app and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes and contact
